During our busy season (April to October) responses to calls and emails may take a few business days due to the volume of emails we receive each day and the amount of time we spend up to our elbows in icing creating super cool cakes and delicious treats. On Fridays and Saturdays our first priority is ensuring that our orders for that day/weekend are completed on time and to our high standard of quality. We appreciate your patience in waiting for a response and your understanding that when we are working on your creation it will be our first priority as well.
New inquiries sent through our Quote Request Form and through our Simple & Delicious Cakes Order Request Form are responded to first as they typically have all or most of the information needed to be able to confirm availability and create a customized and detailed quote efficiently.
Quotes for custom orders are only sent in writing by email to ensure clear communication of all of the details of your order. There are many factors that go into the pricing of custom orders. As such we prefer to send a thorough itemized quote rather than give you a bunch of prices over the phone. By sending a fully itemized quote it is easier for our clients to understand pricing and make adjustments to their orders to get the best value for their dollar.

Thank you for your interest in our cakes. Our schedule is currently closed for new bookings but we look forward to providing quotes and accepting new bookings in 2020.
